1/2 watermelon, cubed1/2 red onion, finely cut into 1/2 moon shapes1 cup feta cheese, cubed1/2 cucumber, peeled and slicedIceberg lettuce, shredded1/3 Apple cider vinegar
Directions
Chill melon before preparing, especially if it is very ripe. Combine all ingredients gently.
