Ingredients
* 1-egg* 1/4-cup splenda* 1/2-cup milk* 1/4-cup cooked rice* 1/2-tsp lemon juice* 1/4-tsp cinnamon or nutmeg* 1/2-tsp vanilla
Directions
(1) Mix all together in a mug.
(2) Microwave for 3-minutes.
(3) Stir well.
(4) Microwave 1-minute more and then let sit for another minute.
