Ingredients
(Ingredients match nutriton calculations)1 c Crisco/Shortening1 c Splenda2 TBS Honey1 c Apple Sauce (unsweeened)1 Egg2 Egg Whites1 tsp Vanilla2 c Wheat Four1 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp Cinnamon3 c Granola Cereal (w/fruit)1 c Raisins1/2 tsp Salt (Optional)1 c Instant Oats (dry)
Directions
Mix crisco, splenda, and honey in mixer.
(1c Splenda plus 2 Tbs Honey = 1c brown sugar!)

Add applesauce, eggs, and vanilla and mix.

In seperate bowl, mix remainig ingredients.

Bake for 13-18 minutes at 350*
(Makes 32 large breakfast cookies!)

Try adding a cut up bananna, craisins, dried apples and any other trail mix type things laying around. I also add 1/4 c fiber powder to mine. (none of these in nutrient info)
