Maple Pecan Chicken

2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup1 Tbsp olive oil Non-stick spray3/4 pound cooked boneless chicken breastsSalt & pepper to taste2 tbsp chopped pecans
Mix maple syrup with oil and set aside.
Heat and coat bottom of skillet with nonstick spray.
Add chicken, cover and sauté two minutes, turn chicken over and sauté another minute
Remove from heat, and pour syrup & oil mix over chicken.
Turn Chicken over in skillet to coat evenly.
Place chicken on plates, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour remainder of sauce over chicken and top with pecans.
