2 Cups Oats2 Cups Non-fat Powdered Milk1 Cup Peanut Butter1 Cup honey6 0z Semi-sweet chocolate(chopped)
Combine Honey and Peanut butter. Blend well.
In a separate bowl, combine Oats & Powdered Milk. Stir peanut butter and honey into oats and milk. The mixture will be thick. Use your clean hands to combine the mixture well. Kneed like you would bread to combine. Add in chopped chocolate and continue to mix with hands.
Form into walnut or pecan size balls. Makes around 45. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
