Blended Coffee Creamed

Ingredients
nonfat milk, lowfat frozen yogurt, instant coffee, ice
Directions
In a blender add coffee, milk and ice - chop until ice is blended, add frozen lowfat yogurt. If too thick add small amounts of water. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
