Lancaster County Ham Loaf

Ingredients
1 lb fresh ground turkey 1 lb ham, ground (or turkey ham) 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 egg 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 3/4 cup milk (2%)SAUCE2/3 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup vinegar
Directions
Grind meat (if necessary) and mix all loaf ingredients. Shape into a loaf. Bake at 350°F for one hour. Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour sauce over loaf and continue to bake for another hour.
