Ingredients
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 14 oz Shrimp, cooked, 7.04 oz Squid, raw, 7.04 oz, boneless Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 5.52 ozCrab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 1.04 cupClassico Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce & Spread, 10 oz Spinach, fresh, 1 cupMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices1 cup water
Directions
Layer in order in crockpot:
Half the noodles
Half the seafood
half the spinach
half the sauce
half the water
half the ricotta
half the mozzarella
repeat

Cook in crockpot on low for 5 hours.

    I used scallops instead of squid, and not near as much cheese as this calls for....it's way too much mozarella. This was easy to make, and I've never made lasagna in a crock pot....it made the noodles a little pasty, but flavor & ease, it was good - 3/18/07
