Cashew Beef and Broccoli Stirfry

Ingredients
roasted cashewsbrocollisteakoniongreen onions or chivesbamboo shootswaterchestnuts slicedgarlic clovesfresh mushroomsgingersoy sauceoyster sauceplum saucesugarand either a packaged stirfry sauce or cornstarch (2 tsps)
Directions
cut up vegies chineese style
in a cup add cornstarch or powder stirfry sauce to water and dilute
open cans
heat frying pan well
add 1/2 oil and steak and cook for about 2 min, take off heat
heat wok well
add oil, garlic, ginger and the 1/2 onion and celery
cook for a minute or so and add mushrooms and broccoli bamboo shoots and water chestnuts
and heat for a few minutes stiring
when broccoli gets brighter in colour then add steak, sauces and spices
stir for a minute and add the well diluted and stirred cornstarch or powder mix and green onions or chives and cashews
cook for a minute/til sauce coats everything and take off heat.
makes 4-6 servings
