This was super easy and super good, especially with a serving of black beans (1/2 cup adds 110 calories & 1g fat, but 6g of fiber and 7g of protein). - 4/3/09

I made this tonight and the smell alone was almost too much for my family. They were hovering around the kitchen waiting for it! I served it on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes and diced onion and turned it into a chicken taco salad kinda thing. Gosh... FANTASTIC recipe!! - 4/27/09

On the ingredients for the recipe calculator, you didn't put in the taco seasoning. I think your calories are not correct. - 4/8/09

I love this recipe. I've been making it for several years, but I do it in the crockpot. Leftovers are really good shredded up for chicken tacos. - 4/7/09

Love this recipe! I serve it with the Black Beans, Corn, and Salsa "Salad," a tortilla, and a cup of shredded romaine lettuce. Very filling! - 4/30/09

The taco seasoning is not calculated in the recipe. This recipe is higher in sodium than indicated. - 4/10/09

I made this last night. It was amazing. My husband said that I can definitley make it again. I did add some cheese so it changed the nutrition content and a little ranch since I as out of sour cream. I also added some different spices to the taco seasoning. I will DEFINITLEY make it again. - 4/3/09

Oh my gosh - so good! So easy, I shredded it and made a taco salad with it for lunch today! A little goes a long way - I added it to lettuce, corn, avacado and a little bit of spanish rice and black beans. YUM! - 4/9/09

It was great! You can use different kinds of taco seasonings for an extra kick. I used Ortega's Jalapeno and Onion. If you like it spicy and hot, it hits the spot! - 3/31/09

I made this on stove top. To make a little more moist, work with lemon/lime juice. Serve with black beans and some avacodo. A good easy meal. - 4/23/09

This was awesome! I made it for me and my fiance (who isn't a fan of healthier foods) and he asked me when he was finished "where did you get this idea?" I said "a diet recipe site" his jaw dropped, its his new favorite food and he no longer complains when I say I found a recipe here - 4/24/09

This is fabulous! I used cream of chicken soup. 1/3rd cup taco seasoning ( as we buy in bulk), and 1 cup chunky salsa sauce. We served this over rice. Topped with cheese, sour cream, olives, onions. Served with a salad and cornbread. Very good! - 4/18/09

I made this last night for my family. Instead of the sour cream I used fat free cheddar cheese. My son said if he wasn't so full, he would have eaten the whole pan. - 4/17/09
