1 -2 Jars Dolmas (grape leaves), White Rice, long grain, 3 cup Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Dill weed, fresh, 1 cup sprigs Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 tsp *Lemon Juice, 1 cup 2 tbsp mint
sautee chopped onion, garlic and uncooked rice in 2 tbsp olive oil till onion is tranclucent
mix in bowl with uncooked hamburger, lemon juice, dill, and mint.
Drain grape leaves, rinse well, steam for 3-5 minutes in water with lemon juice to get rid of briney taste
Take out leaves,seperate,
put a small ball of hamburg rice mixture onto grape leaf, roll up leaf tucking ends in
put into pan raised slightly from bottom of the pan to avoid burning. complete all leaves put water up to just cover leaves
Cover pan cook for 45 minutes-on medium, watch water level to ensure that the pan does not go completely dry
serving is 2 stuffed grape leaves

I made this with brown rice and ground bison (buffalo), which is leaner than ground beef. The recipe didn't say how much meat/rice mixture to put in each grape leaf, so I ran out of it before I had used all the leaves. Next time I'll either use more meat or put only .5 Tbsp. of meat mixture/leaf. - 5/10/09
