Ingredients: Peas, frozen, 2 cup (remove)Scallions, raw, 2 large (remove)Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, .5 1tsp (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded (remove)Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup, .5 serving (remove)
Directions
cook scallions in butter until soft
stir in shredded lettuce
when lettuce is wilted add frozen peas and stock
simmer uncovered until everything is tender
