Tasty Tuna Toasted Sandwich Melt

Ingredients
0.5 can Tuna in spring water (drained)40gms grated Edam cheese1 stick celery, finely diced & chopped2 slices wholegrain bread2 tsps olive oil
Directions
Heat the toasted sandwich press.

Spray one side each of each slice of bread.
Place one slice, oiled side down onto the hot plate.

Add in tuna, finely chopped celery, cheese and black (or lemon) pepper.
Cover with other bread slice, oiled side up.
Close sandwich press and cook until golden brown and cheese has melted.

Delicious as a snack or as lunch.
