Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
I make a double batch so we can have leftovers the next day. The amounts are based on a double recipe which serves 122 lbs lean ground turkey1 c rolled oats2/3 cup chili sauce or ketcup2/3 onion, finely chopped2 eggs (we subsitute egg beaters)2 garlic cloves, pressed2 tsp dried oregano1 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground black pepperMix all together. Form into a loaf. Bake 50 minutes.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients, mix well.

Form into loaf, bake 50 min.
