Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 3 thigh, bone and skin removedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, stripsPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cupYellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix, 4 tspTORTILLAS, Flour, MISSION Fajita 6, 6 serving Olive Oil, 2 tbsp.
Directions
Cut chicken in strips and cook in olive oil. Add bell peppers and onion. Cook until vegtables are soft.

Serve mixture on warm tortillas.

    When I make this recipe I use salad dressing instead of the Fajita mix. Try Kraft Red Pepper and just toss it in the pan with the other ingredients. A little bit of cheddar cheese in the wrap is also very yummy!! - 3/25/09
