Red Wine Grilled Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb round steak, excess fat trimmed, and cut into 4 pieces.1 cup good red wine2 cloves garlic pressed1 TBS oreganocracked black pepper to taste
Directions
Combine wine, oregano, garlic, and pepper in a cup. Place steak in a large non-metal dish, pour mearinade over meat. Cover and marinate at least 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Cook on lightly greased grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Brush with marinade frequently.
Let rest for 5 minutes when done, and serve with salad and veggies!
