Peppered Steak with Horseradish Sauce

4 lean sirloin steaks (about 1-1/2lbs total)1/4 cup cracked black pepper1/4 cup beef stock1//2 cup fat free sour cream2TBS fat free liquid creamer1 TBS prepared horseradish
Preheat Grill to medium high heat.
Coat steaks on both sides with pepper, pressing it firmly into meat. Grill for 5-10 minutes per side to desired doneness.
For horseradish sauce, combine stock into pan warm on low until sauce is heat through. Add creamer, horsradish, and sour cream, stirring until warm and smooth. Season to taste and serve over meat.
