Ingredients
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 0.5 cup (remove)Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz (remove)**Flax Seed, 1 tbsp (remove)Pumpkin Seeds, 1 oz (85 seeds) (remove)Mixed Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 1 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)Lemon Peel, 1 tsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, 0.5 lemon yields (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Mixed herbs, tspCoriander ,tspNutmeg, tsp
Directions
Sweat onion in oil for 5 mins.

Add Garlic for 1 min.

Take off heat and add the dry ingrediants, mix.

Add the egg (beaton) and a little water.

Place in tin foil and shape.

Heat in the oven for 30 mins or untill brown on the outside (200 degrees)
