Loved this dish! It was a family favorite, which is definitely saying something since my husband is not a huge veggie fan, Thanks for the recipe! - 3/18/08

So yummy! I used asparagus instead since I had some fresh. I also used lots of minced garlic and yellow onions instead of green. My husband loved it! - 4/2/10

This was great! I found really thin boneless chops and used frozen green beans. - 1/28/10

Really great! Kids loved it, and it was so easy! I added a tad bit of cooking sherry and a few spices to my own taste, over all a great way to fix pork!! Thank you! - 3/20/09

Loved it. I used Herb de Provence instead of just tarragon. FYI the olive oil isn't included in nutritional facts. - 12/23/07

My hubby made this tonight. It didn't have enough flavor for him so he added steak seasoning, garlic powder, and chicken bullion. Turned out wonderful, and just became a family favorite. The green beens were yummy and the kids downed them like candy. - 3/22/07

I followed the cooking directions, and the pork chops seemed overcooked; even my kid said, "These taste good but they are a bit stiff". I took the advice of others and added garlic and a few seasonings. It was ok, and I might use it again, but I don't see it as my default recipe for chops. - 1/4/12
