Ingredients
Lemon juice, 1.00 cup Broccoli, fresh, 170.00 Garlic, 4.00 cloves Mushrooms, fresh, 1.00 cup, whole Onions, raw, 1.00 large Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2.00 cup cherry tomatoes Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4.00 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Cornstarch, 0.12 cup Margarine, Promise Light Healthy Heart, 1.00 tbsp EVOO, Bertolli (1 tbsp), 1.00 serving Cheese, Feta, Athenos Traditional Natural, 4.50 oz Wine, White, Goya Cooking, 8.00 tbsp Spinach, Baby, Noreast Fresh, 8.00 oz
Directions
Warm EVOO in deep saute pan. Saute garlic and onions. Add remaining vegetables and soften. Add margarine and feta cheese at the end, along with cornstarch to thicken sauce. Serve over pasta/whole wheat rice if desired.
