# *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup# Baking Powder, 3 tsp# Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp# Salt, .5 tsp# Egg, fresh, 2 large# Milk, nonfat, 1.33 cup# *Margarine, soft, 6 tsp# **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp# Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 2 cup, unthawed
Directions
Mix dry ingredients
Beat eggs well
Add milk
Add dry mixture
Add melted shortening & flax
Beat until smooth
Stir in berries.

    These were very good! I used Applesauce instead of the margarine and turned out great! Had ff cool whip and fresh strawberries on top! I used belgium waffle maker and only got 4. - 11/11/08
