Gourmet Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced and chilled1 cup chopped celery1 cup seedless grapes, cut in half1/4 cup dried cranberries1/4 cup pecan halves2 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped1 tsp salt1 cup mayonnaise1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, whip cream to soft peaks.

2. Combine meat, celery, grapes, dried fruit and nuts (or Salad Pizazz), parsley, salt and mayonnaise with whipped cream.

3. Chill.
