White Wine Chicken in Onion Soup Mix

3 large Chicken Breasts, bone & skin removed *2 tbsp. Extra Light Olive Oil, *1/2 cup Wheat Flour, *1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix, Dry*4 fl oz White Wine, * 2 fl oz. Water
In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Cut chicken breasts in half and lightly dredge chicken in flour, place in skillet until lightly browned on both sides. Approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Remove chicken, drain any leftover oil from skillet. Replace chicken, pour wine and water into skillet. Then sprinkle chicken with dry onion soup mix. Let simmer for 35-40 or until liquid is reduced. Serve alone or over rice or noodles. Makes 6 servings.
