Ingredients
1 cup raisins (or any dried fruit works well)4 cups dry oats (oatmeal)1 cup all bran11/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. nutmeg1 1/2 cup orange juice1/2 cup wheat germ (optional)2 tblsp vanilla1 apple (peeled, cored and chopped)1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Soak raisins in water for 15 minutes and drain
Combine all ingrdients.
Spread thinly on 2 cookie sheets.
Bake 35-45 minutes or until crunchy

    Very good and easy to make. I added some chopped raw almonds. The only problem I have is you didn't specify the temperature of the oven. So I set my oven @ 300 and baked for approx. 45 mins. turning every 15 mins. - 8/25/13
