Breakfast Bread Pudding

Ingredients
2 slices reduced cal bread1/4 Cup Sliced Apples1/2 Cup Vanilla soy milk1/2 Cup egg beaters1/2 tbls Vanilla1/2 teaspoon cinnamonsugar substitute to taste
Directions
Dice bread, place in baking dish, sprinkle fruit over. Mix egg beaters, milk and splenda, vanilla, cinnamon and pour over bread and fruit mixture. Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 375 degrees

    My old WW recipe is a bit different -- only 1 slice of bread, .5 C. nonfat milk, vanilla, cinnamon & splenda. No fruit - but I like the idea of adding it or having some on the side. Only bad thing is the baking time - I have to plan ahead & get it baking while I shower & dress. - 3/2/09
