Ingredients
SalmonWhite WINE(NOT cooking wine) Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
Directions
Makes 4 - 3oz. servings.
Place fresh or frozen salmon in a microwave safe casserole (I use corning) Splash with wine, sprinkle creole seasoning (lightly) Cover. Cook in Microwave on Fish setting let stand one minute -- if needed cook on high 1 more minute just before serving.
I serve this with 2 veggies one starchy such as corn or baked potato and one green such as broccoli, or green beans, or brussel sprouts, or salad.
