2 cups whole wheat flour3 cups all-purpose flour3 cup Ouaker Oats Natural Wheat Bran3 cups Kellogg's All Bran5 tsp. ground cinnamon2 tsp. ground ginger1 tsp. ground cloves3/4 cups brown sugar3 1/2 tsp. baking soda3 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt2 cups raisins2 eggs + 2 egg yolks1/4 cup molasses1 cup unsweetened applesauce4 cups buttermilk14 oz. crushed pineapple in juice
Mix the first 12 ingredients together in a very large bowl. Make a deep well and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 3530F for 20-25 minutes. Make 4 doz. muffins.
