Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup banana (about 3 mashed)1/2 cup butter - melted1 cup sugar1/2 cup egg substitute (or 2 eggs)1 cup white flour1 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup hot water1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients alternately with hot water. Pour batter into a greased bread pan. Bake at 325 for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool. Cut into 16 slices and serve.
