Mashed Cauliflower- Gluten Free

Ingredients
2 small heads of Cauliflower2 Tablespoon of Ghee1/4 cup of Shredded Cheese3 garlic cloves, Minced.
Directions
Cut and cook Cauliflower until soft.
Drain and mash in large bowl.
Add Ghee or any other butter.
Add Cheese
Add Garlic
Mash or mix until smooth.

    Ghee is clearified butter...basically it is butter that has been cooked until all the impurities rise to the top and then what is left below is ghee...it can be cooked at a higher temp. without browning...it is what most seafood restaurants give you with crab legs and such
