1 chicken breast (3.5oz.) .5 C garbanzo beans1 1/2 T Olive Oil2 T Mango Papaya Salsa*
defrost the chicken and slice up weigh the meat to measure serving. Add the Salsa, Garbanzos, Olive oil. Put everything into a small glass container with a lid. Put into micro. on 30 percent power for 10 mins. Check for seasonings.
You may want to stop cooking halfway and take a fork to the Garbanzos and mash a bit. They can be a mouthful. Add a bit of water if needed. The low cooking power gives the salsa a chance to season the beans and chicken.
