1 LB Frozen Mussels1 LB Frozen Shrimp2 TBS Garlic2 TBS Green Onion1 TBS Capers1 TBS Smart Balance Buttery Spread1 TBS Extra Light Olive Oil3 cups Tomato SauceSalt and pepper to taste
Makes 4 servings
Chop green onions and garlic. Saute lightly in the mixture of olive oil and buttery spread. Once onions are translucent add capers and sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir in frozen mussels and cook for 6 minutes add shrimp return to a boil and cook for 5 minutes more.
