Vegetable Fried Rice

1 cup brown rice2 eggs2 tbl milk1 cup mixed vegetables1 tbl sesame oil1/4 cup teriaki sauce1 tsp chinese five spice powder
cook rice according to package
scramble 2 eggs with milk. use pam in skillet
steam vegetables with chinese 5 spice powder
once eggs are scrambled, move them to the side of skillet. pour in sesame oil, add rice and stirfry. add in steamed veggies. pour teriaki sauce over top, stir and eat! yum-o!

if you took out the sesame oil, it would reduce the calories. but then i don't think it would be as good! always worth a try tho...

There is a low sodium teriyaki sauce available, however I chose not to use it. I believe that is the main source of the sodium. hope that helps!
