Crockpot Chicken Chili

Ingredients
5 boneless skinless chicken breast, frozen or thawed3 cans stewed or crushed tomatoes4 cans black beans2 cans kidney beans1 large onion, chopped2 green peppers, chopped2 chili seasoning packets or your own version of chili seasoning1 T. cumin3 bay leaves
Directions
combine all ingredients in crockpot, place thawed or frozen chicken on top. Cook on high 5-6 hours, then take chicken out and cut up and return to crockpot.
