Ingredients
2 cups chopped Onions2 cups chopped Green Bell Peppers1 tsp Crushed Garlic1 tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin1.4 lbs publix ground turkey (you can use more or less, I used 1.4 from a package)2- 14.5 oz cans stewed tomatoes mexican recipe1- 15 oz can Dark Red Kidney Beans1- 15 oz can Light Red Kidney Beans2.5 tbsp Chili powder1/4 tsp Cumin seed
Directions
1. heat oil, add onions, garlic, and turkey. Add 1 tbps of Chili powder, stir and brown turkey.
2. Add tomatoes, bell peppers, beans, spices (remaining chili powder)
3. Let simmer 60 minutes.
