PLANTAIN SPICE SALAD

Ingredients

Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Oranges, 1 cup, cut sections Juice of 1 orange Honey, 1 tbsp Romaine Lettuce, 7 cup, shredded Ripened Plantains, 1 cup slices Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, sliced Garlic, 3 cloves crushedPeppers, sweet cubnelle, 1 cup, sliced Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 4 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 1.5 tsp
In non-stick skillet, saute onions, sweet peppers, and garlic. Once vegetables are tender, add to lettuce in medium salad bowl.
In another skillet, add olive oil and plantains. Lightly brown on each side. Take plantains out of the skillet and cut each slice in half. Add plantains, cut up orange sections and nutmeg to salad.
For dressing, combine orange juice, honey, and rice vinegar. Stir until it's completely dissolved. Drizzle over salad. Mix salad so that all ingredients are evenly distributed and serve.
