My Mama's Potato Chip Fish

Ingredients
4 Fish Filets (Flounder)1 tsp olive oil5 oz crushed potato chips2 tbs Fat Free French Dressing
Directions
Coat fish with French Dressing and let sit for about an hour. Roll fish in crushed potato chips until covered, sprinkle lightly with olive oil, bake at 400 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.

You can use different kinds of fish as well.
