Tuna Salad, Basic

Ingredients
24 oz Tuna, canned in water, drained (2 large cans)1/4 small onion, diced1 medium celery stalk, diced2 T dill pickle relish3 T Miracle Whip Light(optional) few dashes of salt (calculated nutritional info with 6)
Directions
Drain tuna, dice onion and celery, mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for a few hours to marinate the flavors.

Serve on celery, wrapped in lettuce, on crackers or bread — or (my favorite) on toasted english muffins and covered with a slice of cheese (microwave approx 90 seconds to melt cheese then let cool).
