Chicken and Apples over rice

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast Filets, cubed1 Apple, Chopped1/4 Cup Peans, Chopped1 tsp Salt1 tsp Nutmeg2 Cups Brown Rice
Directions
Combine chicken, apple, pecans, nutmeg, and salt in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat till chicken is cook through and apples are tender.


Serve over brown rice.
