Goji & Carob Chip Cookies

6 Tablespoons unsalted butter3/4 Cup agave nectar1 Large egg1.5 Tablespoon vanilla extract 1.25 Cup King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Cup Irish (non-instant) Oats1/4 Cup Flax Seeds1/2 Teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon sea salt1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon1/2 Cup Un-sweetened Carob Chips1/2 Cup Goji Berries
Pre-heat oven to 325 Degree F. Line your baking pans w. parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl add room temperature butter, mix until creamy. Add agave until well mixed (about 2 minutes, stopping 1 minute in between to scrape down walls). Add all other Wet ingredients.
In separate bowl, add both flours, baking dos, salt, flax seeds and cinnamon ingredients together. Once combined slowly mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until well combined. Fold in Caron and Goji berries. Drop cookies onto parchments paper and cook for 12-14 minutes, Do Not Overcook. Let cook for 5 minutes on baking sheets before transferring onto cooking rake.
