Ingredients
2 1/2 c. instant oatmeal1 c. soy flour1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/3 c. cannola oil1/3 c. honey1teaspoon vanilla1 egg1 c. chopped walnuts1 c. semisweet chocolate chips (optional) or, raisins2 very ripe bannanas
Directions
mix dry ingredients. cream canola oil, honey, vanilla, and egg. mash bannanas. add dry ingredients alternatley with mashed bannanas, chopped nuts or raisins. press into a 9x13 inch baking pan. bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
