Goat Cheese Pita Pizza

Ingredients
Papa Pita greek pita (white or wheat)1 Tbs fat free poppy seed dressing 1 clove garlic, minced1/3 c canned mushrooms1.5 oz soft goat cheese2 slices of tomato, halvedAbout 6 leaves fresh spinach.5 oz kalamata olives, coarsley chopped1 Tbs pine nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pre-bake the pita for 5 minutes, then remove from oven. Layer toppings in order and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pine nuts are golden brown. Slice into quarters.
