BAKER'S One-Bowl Macaroons

Ingredients
1 pkg. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut (5-1/3 cups)2/3 cup sugar6 tbsp. flour1/4 tsp. salt4 egg whites1 tsp. almond extract
Directions
Makes 24.
Heat oven to 325-degrees.
Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well-blended. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased and floured cookie sheets. Bake 20 minutes, or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets and cool on wire racks.
