3 Whole Wheat English Muffin1.5 tbsp Miracle Whip Light1 Celery stalk 1 Can of Tuna1tbsp Margarine/Butter1/2 cup Cheese (old cheddar preferred)
Butter/Margarine English Muffins and bake at 350 until golden brown.
Mix tuna and miracle whip.
Dice up celery stalk, add amount desired to tuna mix. Add salt and pepper (optional)
Spread mix evenly over the 6 halves
(It can make 8 halves, but there won't be much toppings)
Add slices of cheese, use any kind you prefer. Personally I like Old Cheddar.
Broil until gold brown bubbles appear on top.
Serve immediately.
