ham and cheese omelet combo

Ingredients
3 large eggs3oz ham1/2 cup chopped tomatoes1/4 cup chopped onions2 tbls jalapenos3oz cheese1/4 cup sour cream
Directions
preheat oven to 375*
In a medium size bowl scramble eggs. Then add ham, tomatoes, oniions and jalapenos. Pour into a greased caste iron skillet, put in oven for 30 minutes or till egg is set.
remove from oven, loosen egg from sides of skillet, top with sour cream and cheese. Fold omelet while pouring onto a plate.
