Best Low Fat Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup flour (self rising)1 cup yellow corn meal (plain)1/4 cup Ideal sweetener or Splenda (or sugar, but the recipe was calculated for Ideal)1 teaspoon baking soda3/4 teaspoon salt1 cup Dannon Light & Fit vanilla yogurt1/2 cup Egg Beaters
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Dissolve the baking soda in the yogurt, and add the yogurt and egg beaters to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Spread in an 8 x 8" pan (or you can use a round pan) sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cut into 12 squares or wedges and serve warm.
