Quick Spinach Egg Pita

Ingredients
1 cup of Spinach1 egg1 tsp salad dressing your choice1/2 6" whole wheat pita pocket2 Tbsp non fat milksalt and pepper to tastedry onionschives
Directions
Whisk 2 tbsp milk, egg, chives, dehydrated onion flakes, and salt & pepper to taste. Microwave for 1 and 1/2 minutes (approx) depending on your microwave. Microwave spinach 1 minute and then stir in 1 tsp salad dressing of your choice. Place both spinach and egg mixture into a lightly toasted pita and enjoy a quick lunch.
