1C flour3tsp baking powder3tsp sugar3 eggs separated1 C milk4 Tbsp oil1 tsp vanilla
Whisk together dry ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add milk and yolks to flour mixture. Stir until smooth. Add oil and vanilla to batter and mix. Fold in egg whites. Pour 3/4 to 1C batter into waffle iron. Cook 5-6 minutes. Makes 4-5 waffles.
