dairy free french toast

Ingredients
8 slices whole wheat breadspray oil (pam)1 egg1/2 c egg substitute1/2c vanilla soy milk1/2-1 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp cinnamondash of nutmeg
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan (pie plate works great).
Dip each slice in mixture for about a 5 count on each side.
Fry in non stick skillet sprayed with oil until gloden brown.
Serve with your choice of toppings. Syrup,fruit, whipped cream or plain.
