Lean Chili

1/2 tsp cumin1/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp paprika2 tsp splenda brown sugar blend sprinkle of red pepperChipotle hot sauce4 slices canadian bacon(turkey bacon)1 onion1 pepper1.2 lbs ground beef (96% lean beef)2 tsp crushed garlic3 carrots2 stalks celery2 lg cans tomato sauce1 sm can of tomato paste1 can pinto beans1 can kidney beans1 can garbanzo (pinto) beans
1. Brown onions, peppers, bacon, and beef. Add spices over medium heat.
2. Once the beef is completely cooked through, add the tomato sauce and paste, carrots, and celery.
3. Lower the heat, and let the flavors meld together for 3 hours or so. Add as much hot sauce or red pepper as you like.
*** May top of w/ fat-free sour cream or low-fat cheddar cheese
