Asian Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
1 pound sushi-grade tuna2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil2 Tbs low sodium soy sauceJuice of 1/2 lime1/4 cup chopped cilantroKosher salt and pepper
Directions
Chop the tuna into chunks. Add tuna; pule a few times to break up the pieces. In a bowl mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over the tuna and process until well blended. Form into 4 burgers. Spray both sides with oil and then grill for two minutes a side for rare, or three for medium rare.
